Effective October 28, 2026. These terms cover the AllMyXs app and its online services, operated by the AllMyXs developer. Contact support@allmyxs.com for account, support, safety and copyright questions. Early access is for adults aged 18 or older. The public Android download is the Alpha Tech Demo; Beta is a separate edition for approved accounts. Downloading an installer does not grant Beta access. By selecting the acceptance control, you confirm that you are at least 18, have read these terms, the Privacy Policy and Community & Copyright Rules, and agree to follow them.
An account and verified Google or email/password sign-in are required. Protect your credentials, provide accurate account information and do not impersonate others or bypass restrictions. Apply for Beta by emailing support@allmyxs.com with the email address used for your AllMyXs account. An administrator reviews admission. Once your account is approved, use the in-app updater to install Beta. Approval is tied to the account, may expire or be revoked, and does not give administrator rights. Installing or sharing a Beta APK does not approve an account. Optional diagnostics are not required for admission.
The Alpha Tech Demo permits up to three imported local projects at a time. Deleting a local project frees a slot; at or above the limit, new imports are blocked until a slot is available. Existing local work is not automatically erased when changing editions or losing Beta approval. Social features, including Circles, friendships and chat, cloud storage, file sharing and AI are locked in Alpha. Account sign-in, security checks, policies, updates and support remain available. Approved Beta accounts may use the online features enabled for testing and additional local projects, subject to device capacity, permissions and configured quotas. Advanced Import AI remains disabled until separately enabled. Beta approval and paid or complimentary subscription records are separate. Paid billing is not enabled by accepting these terms or joining Beta; any future purchase must show its price, renewal and cancellation terms before you buy.
You retain your rights in material you upload. You must own it or have permission for each use, including sharing and enabling downloads. Buying a pattern does not by itself give you redistribution rights. You grant AllMyXs the limited permission needed to store, validate, deduplicate, display and deliver your material according to your settings, and to investigate abuse or legal requests. Private cloud originals are available to their uploader and authorized administrators. Sharing with a Circle exposes its tile and permitted content to that Circle. Other members can download only when the sharer permits downloads and a Circle administrator has not blocked them. Administrators may block downloads or remove a share but cannot grant downloads against the sharer’s choice.
Removing a Circle share stops future access through that share; it cannot recall copies already downloaded. Deduplicated storage can preserve bytes while another authorized owner still references them. If Beta confirms that an account is not approved, its restricted screen offers Update to return to Alpha, Help and Exit. Change editions through the updater without uninstalling; keep your own backups and contact support if an update fails. Any separately applicable 30-day personal-cloud recovery after paid or complimentary access ends remains subject to current account, edition and safety checks; it does not itself grant Beta admission, new uploads or Circle downloads. Account deletion starts server erasure/anonymization, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Circle participation, friendships and text communication are subject to the Community & Copyright Rules, current access checks, blocks and feature availability. Private messages are limited to 150 Unicode code points and do not support attachments or links. Group text and pattern notes have their own limits. Use the in-app block/report controls or contact support. AllMyXs may hold or remove content, restrict sharing, suspend or terminate accounts, and respond to valid legal demands. You may contact support to question a moderation decision.
This is development software: features may be incomplete, unavailable or changed, and data or progress can be lost. Do not rely on it as your only copy or for safety-critical purposes. The service is provided as available, without promises of uninterrupted operation or error-free results, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Material policy changes will be versioned and require renewed acceptance before affected online contributions. You can stop using the service and request account deletion.
