Effective October 28, 2026. These rules apply to every private-beta member, Circle administrator and uploader. The beta is for adults 18 or older. Treat others respectfully and use Circles for lawful stitching-related collaboration.
Do not post, share or send harassment, threats, hate or discriminatory abuse, sexual exploitation, sexual content involving minors, explicit sexual material, doxxing, nonconsensual intimate material, scams, malware, spam or illegal content. Do not impersonate people, evade blocks or suspensions, exploit the service, or solicit sensitive credentials. Do not upload or share copyrighted patterns, scans, artwork or other files without permission for the particular sharing and download use.
Keep private material private unless every necessary rights holder permits the intended sharing. An uploader controls whether Circle members may download, and Circle administrators can restrict that permission or remove the share. A Circle administrator cannot expand an uploader’s download permission. Text messages and notes must stay within their length and access limits. Private messages do not support attachments or links. Friendships are personal: Circle administrators do not control whether members accept personal friend requests.
Use Block to stop unwanted contact and Report to flag a user, message, note or shared pattern. For urgent account or app concerns, use Help or email support@allmyxs.com. Include enough information to locate the item, without adding unrelated private material. Reports enter the administrator moderation queue. Moderators may inspect the specifically reported material, restrict or remove content, stop downloads, suspend access or terminate an account. Repeated or serious violations can lead to loss of the account. Contact support to request review of a decision. No payment or beta grant excuses a violation.
Send copyright concerns to support@allmyxs.com with the subject Copyright complaint. Identify the copyrighted work, the specific AllMyXs material or share to locate, your contact details, your physical or electronic signature, a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent or law, and a statement that your information is accurate and you are authorized to act, under penalty of perjury. We review complaints and may disable access while investigating, notify the uploader, and request clarification. A purchase receipt alone does not establish redistribution permission.
If material was removed by mistake or misidentification, contact support for the counter-notice process. Applicable law can require a signature, identification of removed material, a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury, contact information and specified jurisdiction/service-of-process statements. A valid notice or counter-notice may be shared with the other party as needed to handle the dispute. Restoration, court-action notices and applicable waiting periods will be handled under applicable law. Accounts responsible for repeated infringement may be terminated in appropriate circumstances. This policy does not claim that a designated agent is registered or that a statutory safe harbor has been secured.
