Open the account controls in AllMyXs, choose account deletion and complete the requested recent sign-in verification. This starts server-side account erasure; uninstalling the app alone does not delete the server account.
Email support@allmyxs.com with the subject AllMyXs account deletion and identify the email address used for your app account. Send from that address when possible. We will verify account control before processing. Never send your password, authentication codes or identity documents in an unsolicited email. You can also ask about deleting retained beta diagnostic samples without deleting the whole account.
Server cleanup removes the account’s private file grants and device registrations and erases or anonymizes related social/account records. Shared bytes remain while another authorized owner still references them, and independently downloaded copies cannot be recalled. Limited security, moderation and legal records may be retained where necessary. Locally exported files remain under your device’s storage controls.
